Michael is the managing partner of NFP Structured Settlements (NYSE: NFP). He has been active in the insurance industry since 1991.

His background includes experience as a marketing intern with Northwestern Mutual, and he has worked in the legal department of Prudential Life Insurance Company. In addition, Michael has experience in estate planning and tort law with the firm of Rutherford, Mulhall & Wargo in Boca Raton, Florida. He received his initial training in structured settlements in the periodic payment department of a major life insurance company.

In addition to managing NFP Structured Settlements, Michael works with clients throughout the country in an effort to resolve personal injury law suits utilizing structured settlements. Michael conducts seminars on the use of settlement annuities in claims resolution and is a past-president of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA).

Michael received a Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Florida College of Law, and he has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. He graduated CUM LAUDE from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. Upon graduation from Williams, Michael was inducted into the Massachusetts College Football Hall of Fame.

Bill is president and a founder of NFP Structured Settlements with 19 years of structured settlement experience. He received his initial training from the periodic payment department of a major life insurance company, where he learned the industry from the inside out. He has participated in the design, installation and ongoing service of structured settlement benefits for tens of thousands of injured people throughout the country. He has worked on behalf of the industry lobbying to protect the rights of all parties in the structured settlement process.

Bill has assisted plaintiff attorneys, property and casualty insurance companies, self-insured corporations and government agencies in utilizing periodic payment products as successful negotiating and funding tools for general liability, workers’ compensation and environmental cases. He has extensive knowledge about complex financing, trusts and the integration of public benefits that are often critical in reaching a settlement.

In 1994 Bill received the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant through the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) and the University of Notre Dame. He is an active member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association and is a frequent speaker for numerous trial lawyer associations including the Inner Circle of Advocates. Bill graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and economics.

Steven’s expertise extends to all issues affecting the settlement of the work comp case including Medicare allocations, life care plans, medical cost trends, long term disability and social security, etc.

In addition to his business development and management responsibilities, Steven works with clients throughout the country in an effort to resolve workers’ compensation cases utilizing structured settlements. He also handles personal injury law suits, attorney fee structures as well as disability and contract buyouts. Steven is a frequent speaker for many organizations including the California Applicants’ Attorney Association (CAAA) and conducts seminars on the use of settlement annuities in claims resolution and Medicare Set-Asides.

Ray U. Stoll, CPCU, CSSC, joined NSC October 1, 2010, and was most recently Managing Partner for Ringler Associates' Tampa office. Until November 2006, he was a shareholder and Vice president for SFA, as well as CEO of Settlement Source, Inc., a private consulting firm operating in Tampa and Washington, DC. Prior to entering the structured settlements industry, he held positions of Regional Claim Manager for The Hartford and Vice President of Claims for Progressive during his 15 years as a casualty claims professional. In 1982, Mr. Stoll was appointed as a charter panel member of the initial Claim Section Board of the Society of CPCU and served six years in that capacity. He has authored numerous articles, as well as co-authoring two books, on structured settlement related issues, ranging from special needs trusts to life insurance solvency issues.

Ray entered the structured settlement arena on an exclusive basis in 1983, and has been an internationally featured speaker, having served as a featured speaker for RIMS, CPCU, PIAA and ATLA at their respective national conventions.

Ray earned a BS degree from University of North Texas in 1968, and attended the University of Baltimore School of Law from 1968-1971. He earned the ARM and CPCU designations in 1980 and 1981, respectively, and the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation in 1997 from the University of Notre Dame. He is an active member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.

Ray and his wife Sharon live in S. Tampa. They have one son, Eric, who is following his father in the business.

Jerry is a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant and licensed in accident and health, life and annuities. With over five years of structured settlement experience, he has 17 years of medical malpractice claims experience and 11 years working in property and casualty claims.

His responsibilities include attending settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations and other dispositions hearings designed to resolve cases. In addition, he designs and presents settlement annuity plans, prepares quotes, handles releases and applications, performs file reviews, and interfaces with clients, the court and attorneys. Jerry analyzes life care plans and vocational rehabilitation reports and projects future loss of earnings and lifetime medical awards and judgments, as well as handles all necessary functions in finalizing settlement documents. He also participates in local and national seminars on the use of settlement annuities.

Prior to joining NFP Structured Settlements, Jerry was with Medical Protective Company in Hudson, Ohio, for eight years. He served as Field Claims Manager and as Territorial Manager covering Texas, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and Indiana. Other experience includes two years with State Auto Insurance in Cleveland as senior claims examiner, and seven years with Allstate Insurance Company in Hudson as property and bodily injury claims adjuster.

Kristen began her insurance career in 1996 as a claims examiner for Westfield Insurance and became a full-time annuity broker in 2003. Derrick S.
